Question two exact phones with different Android versions

I have two Samsung Galaxy S7 phones, # SM-G930V. One has Android 8 while the other has version 7. I've tried prompting the 7 for an update but it says none are available. Is there a way I can install Android 8 on it?

If you can find that firmware try flashing with Odin or see if Samsung Smart Switch on PC shows any updates
