how to install custom roms on note 3(at&t) using MacBook

I hand my note 3 rooted but can't seem to install custom roms with my MacBook anyone have ahh way to do this?

You don't need Odin or a computer for that. Install a Custom recovery like TWRP or CWM and then install a Custom ROM

Or you could run VirtualBox and install Windows. It depends on whether the ROM comes as a zip or an Odin package. (You can convert between them, but it's a pain.)
