How to install Manup Icons

I am trying to install man up icons and I am not very successful.

I tried downloading the .zip to my phone, that obviously didn't work.

Do I have to download them and then flash them via recovery?

Where do they go once that happens?

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about then after you download the .zip file, extract the folder that has the icons in it. Once you do that, copy the folder to your SD card. Use Desktop Visualizer (or something like that) to set your icons. All you do is choose the icon you want displayed then select the app you want launched for that icon.
