how to install new android market

I have a rooted Atrix 4G with the new OTA Gingerbread. But when I check for updates, I don't see the one for the Android market. I have downloaded the zip file, but how do I install it? Please tell me here.

turn on side loading and just go to where it is saved on the SD card and open it.
