How to install Paypal Tap and Pay?

I can't seem to get PayPal "Tap & Pay" installed on my Verizon Note 5. What am I missing? Is it being blocked by Verizon?
Google Wallet installed easily. But no love with PayPal to date.

Yes Verizon hasn't given the ok to support samsung pay so until then you want be able to use it. You can install the app but it won't go pass the start screen.

I am asking about PayPal not Samsung Pay but thank you for the information.
