how to keep downloading date of downloads when moved to PC?

Hello. When you transfer your downloaded files from Android to PC(windows 7 or 10), for example PDFs, how could the original date of downloading be kept, and arrange these files in PC according that date? Thanks

When you move a file you modify it - that's the Date Modified you see in a PC. If you transfer the file, then touch it (https://sourceforge.net/projects/touchforwindows/), using the date you see in the phone, touch will change the Date Modified to whatever date you give it. (You can't keep the old modified date when you modify a file - otherwise it wouldn't be the modified date. It can't even be the created date - when you copy it to the PC, you're creating a new file on the PC. And there's no "Date of File This File Came From" field in a file's directory information.)
