How to keep screen on bright

I have brightness set to max. Auto-brightness is off. Developer option Stay awake is checked. With those settings my screen will dim even when plugged in. The time that it takes to dim is the same as the time I set in Sleep. Any ideas on how to keep it at maximum brightness when plugged in? Thanks.

You could try a profile app like SettingProfiles to trigger when the phone is charging and set your screen to never time out. I have found when using these apps, even though it's in theory the same as the "stay awake" option, they screen doesn't dim. I can't say if it still behaves the same on Android 4.0 butitwas certainly that way on my previous devices.

Thanks, I'll check that out. I like it to stay on bright when I'm driving and with no Car Dock, it won't.

How would you do that? I don't see an option to do so under Sleep. It only has increments of 15 seconds to 10 minutes.
