How to know if a back cover is OEM, real LG products?

I have a G4 with it's original metallic grey back cover. I'd like to replace either with red leather or white.

Apart from ordering a leather back directly from LG for $69.00, is there actually any way to buy an authentic LG made replacement back - with confidence that it's not a counterfeit? I'm sensing that all of these offers for very low prices that I see on eBay and Amazon that say "original," OEM, and "unopened" couldn't possibly be genuine LG products.

Some are OEM you just have to sort through them and read the comments on each product.

I got an orange back on Amazon for 11 bucks and it is identical to the black one that came with my phone. Same branding and the info on the back (inside the cover) is the same too.

Another thing to watch for is make sure it has the NFC plate..

The cheaper ones may not have this, hence why theyre cheaper, message the seller, save the email... and if they say "yes it has an NFC plate" and it doesnt you can open a case against them and get a refund

Ive always found Amazon to be good because they have a good support department, but its eBay you have to watch :)
