How to link Facebook contacts with contacts.

Some numbers are synced and others arent? Some numbers just show up as a new contact when receiving a text? Any reason on why this is? Or how to link a contact?

I deleted the Facebook app and just use the mobile version of the site. However, I use UberSync for Facebook to link Facebook accounts to the contacts in my phone.

But if you also use the FB app, you can go into the settings and have it sync contacts with existing contacts or all contacts. I previously used sync with existing so that it would only sync people that are already in my phone versus having every Facebook contact being listed in the contacts on my phone.
