How to link gmail profile with me profile?

My wife wants her facebook or gmail picture to show up under me on the txt msg's. I can not figure out how to link me to the gmail profile. Does anyone know how?

You mean set a contact photo for you on her phone? She can take the Facebook photo and set it as your contact photo.. Or sync Facebook to have this done.

No when you looking at your txt msg's the picture/profile for you not the person you are talking too. The profile is under "me"

I noticed this issue today as well and wasn't able to figure out how to set the Me profile to link to my actual contact profile. Anyone?

I had the same problem. I have multiple Gmail addresses for different purposes. With my previous Galaxy devices, "me" always defaulted to my primary account for my phone. My Note 4 attached "me" to the only one of my gmail accounts with a Google+ profile, which I don't even use. I deleted that account from my phone, but it still didn't clear itself up.

I had to go into "me" and type in the gmail address I wanted into the home email field. It corrected itself after that.
