How to load "CSV" file with my Contacts from my Computer to Tab?

I can only create "CSV" file from my old Phone in my Computer.
How can I load "CSV" file information to Tab Contacts?

this might be a stretch or not possible:

Hmm. If I recall, I was able to load such a file into Google Contacts ages ago. Then you could link/sync with google???

I think you are right. Just not sure if it took comma delimited or something else. A search should pick up a how to.

Yup. Open Google Mail, on the left, use the dropdown and open Contacts. At the bottom of that list, IMPORT. CSV's are allowed.

Hmm. Is there a way to EXPORT? Probably not - google wants you captive!!!!!
