How to lock people out?

I have a Motorola Droid and I was wondering if there is anyway to lock people out of certain parts of the phone without locking the entire phone. If there is anyway to do this any help would be of great assistance to me.

There are apps that allow you to lock out or passcode parts of your phone that you don't want others to access... can't remember the names off hand because I didn't feel the need to use. They were part of the folder/pic type apps but they're there.
