First of all, I'm not dumb and read the question clearly. Don't suggest me third party apps like tango, oovoo and Skype which use wifi data or 3g/4g packet data to make video calls with other person on the same application. I'm from India and I've been doing video calls since the Inception of 3g here. It's a feature of 3g which use your service provider network instead of packet data or wifi. You don't have to install any app to do video calls and neither the person you're calling. It just works like voice call on phone expect that it's a video call which uses front camera. I've been calling my distant relatives using this facility using Samsung Galaxy S duos and Samsung Galaxy Grand. While calling, there was an option to either make a voice or video call. I've now changed my phone to Sony Xperia T2 ultra and I also have a moto g. This is sick. My old crap Samsung and Nokia phones which were not smartphones, let alone Android, were able to do it. Is it that Android doesn't support this? Then how does my Grand and S duos do it? Did Samsung add that functionality with its touchwiz?
