How to make a folder?

Just got my note 4 and I can't figure out how to make folders on the home screens. Any suggestions?

Press and hold on any app. At the top of the page you will see pop up 2 icons. The one on the right is a trash can and the one on the left is create folder. Move the app to that folder. Then it will show up in a folder and you can name that folder. At that time you can click on the plus sign and start adding apps to the folder.
