I would like to know TA(timing advance) one more from other cell (BTS).
As you might know, we can get a TA on the serving cell.
but need to get one more TA from another cell by handover due to change the service cell in the same service provider's BTS.
To do that, we need to find out how to make a handover by Mobile station only.
I know in case of the activity if habdover made by BTS.
but need to know the possibility of make it.
Please kindly let me know.
