How To Make A Safe Charging?

Hi, I would like to make A safe charging on my tablet because it is too slow to charge. Can you tell me how to make a safe charging?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by safe charging? Are you saying you want to charge more quickly, but safely? How are you currently charging your tablet, with the original wall charger? Or a 3rd party one? Or are you charging by connecting to the USB port of your computer?

I use the real Samsung Charger but I buy a USB that is not usually from Samsung

3rd party cables are generally fine. You don't have to worry about overcharging or battery damage.

Ok, and how long is it taking to charge up to 100%, starting from around 20-30%?

Also, go to Settings>Battery while charging. Does it say "AC" or "USB" when charging from the wall? If the charging plug is faulty, it might cause the device to charge as if it were plugged into a USB port, which is much slower.

Ok, but while I'm charging it has X on while charging.

Hmm, that would have been good to know earlier. So there's a red X over the battery icon in the Notification Bar when you're charging? And it still charges up? That usually means that the charging current is insufficient, and can indicate a faulty charging cable/plug. Try a different charger.

The battery might also be going bad on it too. (I may very well be wrong too)

It still charging when I didn't play my tablet.
