How to make this stop

Every time the phone updates or reboots, this pops up, and I can not get it to stop. I thought I'd blocked it, but now I have no clue if I even blocked the right app.

Blocked how? Did you mean "disabled"?

If not, you can disable it completely. "Settings" > "Apps" > find "AppCloud" in the list and click it > click "Disable" at the bottom.

I don't know what it's for, but if I never needed it before, I don't need it now. Everything I need runs fine now, so it's obviously not actually important.

Blocked it from pop ups but apparently what I thought it was, is not and I still get these when my phone restarts.

Disabled via those instructions and restarted phone. It didn't show up! In my book, it's fixed by that!

You are. It looks like it was pre-installed on your phone. Or another app you installed loaded it.

Where did you buy your phone?
