How do I get rid of AppCloud?

What is AppCloud? AppCloud is a new way to distribute and install Android cloud apps that run on any Samsung device.www.tipwho.com
Blocked it from pop ups but apparently what I thought it was, is not and I still get these when my phone restarts.Blocked how? Did you mean "disabled"?

If not, or if you prefer to remove it, use these ADB instructions (to save you time, the package name for use with ADB is: com.aura.oobe.samsung.gl).
I personally use package disabler to disable things like thisDisabled via those instructions and restarted phone. It didn't show up! In my book, it's fixed by that!
Thank you!
