how to modify my note n7000 can any one tell me the process

My phone has original 4.1.2 ublsf firmware installed and I root it my self and I have also install a custom recovery called phillz touch recovery so please tell me how can I modify it and port 4.3 on it please I have also seen the post of akhil sharma and want to make my note n7000 like akhil sharma
