How to monitor which app is using resources (battery specifically) on your phone?

How do you guys monitor which app is using which resources? I am looking for an app that would tell me App X is using Y% battery or something like that.

Appreciate your help.

No app needed... Settings > About Phone > Battery > Battery use... this shows you what apps are using your battery... all in percentage.

ah that's it. Sorry for the stupid question. You can tell I have been using Android phone for whole lot of 4 days.

A lot of the task manager apps have these features which I'm not a fan of but if you want to see which specific apps are using what... power tutor, system panel are a few examples. Beware they may kill your battery even quicker as they are constantly running and monitoring your CPU usage.
