Android Central Question

I performed a factory reset on my phone (Samsung Galaxy J3 LunaPro). Upon rebooting, all the Google apps were hidden inside a Google folder. Previously, I have been able to bring up a message asking if I wanted to delete the folder and move the apps out to the individual apps list, but now I am unable to see that option. Long-pressing the Google folder only produces an option to put the folder onto the home screen. If it is on the home screen (where I do not want it), I can remove each app from it by dragging the app to "remove". When I have done this, the folder disappears from the home screen. But it is still in the apps list, and it still won't let me remove the apps from the folder and put them into the individual apps list. What do I do?

Thank you. When I long-press the Google folder, it only gives me the option to add it to the home screen. Opening the folder from the app drawer and attempting to drag out the apps only gives me the option to disable the app I am trying to drag. This has not happened before. Previously, if I opened the folder from the app drawer and tapped inside the folder, it would ask if I wanted to remove the folder. I'm not seeing that now. Maybe the software is damaged?

I had tried registering, but it kept saying I had already done so, and then would not let me into the account. It appears to have accepted my FB log-in at present.

Hi, welcome!
Ok go to settings >apps> Samsung launcher >clear data ,cache and force stop.it this will erase how you have your home screen set up and will have to redo it though.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm assuming this is in the App Drawer. Do you have any options to change how the App Drawer is displayed (e.g. sorted alphabetically vs using folders)? Is there a menu button that shows up when you're in the App Drawer and if so, what options do you see when you press it?
