how to move favorite app tray

Welcome to the forums.
As far as I know, that is coded in the ROM. So, as far as I know, there is no way to force it to stay on the bottom.

I am using button savior to mimic the home , back and other button at bottom my problem is when in landscape button savior is directly over my favorite apps tray.
I need to mimic buttons because this is in my car and the bezel I made hides those only exposing the screen
Is there a way to delete it all together or move button savior icons.
