How to move outlook contacts from my PC to my new GS7 ?

I bought a new S7 this week and was told by the T-Mobile folks that I could transfer my files from my crashed S4 - including outlook contacts - to my S7. And that I could transfer my CONTACT LIST FROM MY PC to the new S7 with "no problem", they assured me. Several online sites suggested SideSync to make the sync FROM my pc TO my S7, but it doesn't work. PC recognizes the S7, but I find no way to even start the sync. It wants to reload Sidesync everytime I start the app. By the way, I was using the Kies app to sync my old phone to my PC and had absolutely NO PROBLEM with it for 2 years. Is there ACTUALLY a way to sync an S7 TO outlook contacts FROM a PC ?

Sign into your email from your phone. You can use the outlook for Android app, or Samsung's email app. It will sign in as exchange and populate your contacts and calendar.

Another way to do that is AkrutoSync ($35) which works as Exchange server on your PC. You can also try Outlook.com cloud for syncing your Outlook data.
