How to open phone stuck in download mode?

[Android Central Question]

It's a Samsung Galaxy C9 pro it was lagging and than just showed a black screen when I tried to switch it on it got stuck it shows

Please help how can I solve this...!!!!?????

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, that sounds like hardware failure (mmc is the memory chip). It's a five year old phone, so it wouldn't be too surprising for this to happen.

It looks like you tried to do something in download mode it says custom instead of official

I'm thinking the same, since "WARRANTY VOID: 0X0" means the device isn't rooted.
