How to organize my music files?

I came from iPhone-world, so I'm used to doing things a certain way, and I I know it's different with Android. I had moved the songs on my iPhone over as best I could, and now they're under an icon called "Music." I guess it's part of the S4. Well, I bought a song through Play Store and it didn't tell or ask me where it went. I found it under an icon called "Play Music." How this is different from the "Music" icon, I have no idea. But I need to put all my music files and folders in one spot; the way it is now, I don't know how to combine them, or if they should be in a different place altogether.

Any suggestions?

I send most of my music to my Poweramp app. But the music that I buy through the Google play store only ends up in the Play Music app. Not sure how to get everything in one app. I use both.
