Truthfully all you folks who cant break 1.1ghz, think of it this way. What are you REALLY gaining by getting more fps, and slightly higher calculations processing?
Maybe your games run smoother, you might even get a higher score on a benchmark. But really does it benefit you? Truthfully I've sat on 1.3ghz for awhile using the phone, and sure it felt smooth as eggs, but was it worth it? Especially compared to what it was stock, the answer is heck no. In less than a year there will be phones pushing harder than this. I say get what you can out of it, which if for you is 1.5ghz fantastic and grats. If all you can squeeze out of it is 1.1ghz @ 60 vsel, then take it and enjoy it. Honestly its not worth stressing or feeling like you're missing out on.
That said I am still sitting on stock settings. I just like having a reliable phone. If I could get 1.3ghz stable I think I'd do it, but frankly it doesn't look like its possible without blowing up my vsel past 70+.
