How to perminately fix the screen overlay?

Hi there everyone,

I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge+ and i have tried everything to fix the screen overlay to where i dont have to see this message again and things can work correctly... can someone please help me and assist me with this issue....

I even tried reset the permission etc and nothing happen.

To permanently fix the "problem", you need to uninstall the app working as the overlay.
Temporarily turning off the overlay part of the app just temporarily stops the problem.
