How To Play Media From Phone On PS3?

Can some tell me how to play media that is on my phone, through my PS3 using DLNA? Maybe do it step by step. I cannot figure it out for some reason.

Google stuff. Never know what you will find. Search dnla Ps3 and a bunch comes up. I didn't watch this yet but looks like what you need. Hope it works. I have dnla on my Ps3 and tv but forgot how I did it. I checked around the net and found a step by step and it all worked out. Enjoy!
