How to possibly retrieve my photos from a busted LG G2

Hi, I have an LG G2 with a cracked screen. I have my replacement phone, but before I send this broken one back I'd like to retrieve my pictures. The problem is the screen is unresponsive and I can't get past the lock screen to put the phone in the correct mode to transfer files, so my computer won't see it. I had my photos backed up by the Verizon cloud but the phone was cut off giving me an unresponsive phone number to use to retrieve my photos. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Bring both phones into Verizon and see if they can help you getting them from the cloud. If not, see if their tech people can plug a working screen into the phone long enough for you to copy the pictures to an SD card.
