How to re-enable high volume warning?

[Android Central Question]

I accidentally disabled it but I can't find a settings how to re-enable it. I found some info that this could be done in the sound settings but I don't have the 3 dots int the upper right corner that is required. This is a Sony Xperia 10 III (Android 11) phone.
