How to reboot my Galaxy S3

I have a Tmobile T999 Galaxy S3 and i downloaded a few apps ghat had a virus. Now i cant get to reset/bnor hard reset my phone. And all kinds and of pop up and application are being downloaded without my doing. Can you advice me on what to do?
