Android Central Question

I dropped my galaxy s10 plus and cracked the screen, a few weeks later the touchscreen flickered green and some of the leds burnt out. now the whole screen is useless. no display, no touch response. i can hear that the phone is still on. Im trying to get all the data off of it, i have already got the stuff i have backed up on the cloud but i need the stuff thats not backed up. i connected to computer and DEX pulls up but says not connected. Is there any way to remotely control the screen? I know how that sounds but its worth a shot if someone knows. Any help would be apprectiated. Thanks

If you don't want to replace the screen, you'll have to find a repair shop with a spare S10 screen that's willing to put it into your phone long enough for you to back up what you want. (You'd have to pay them for that, of course.)

Try connecting the phone to smart switch on the pc , see if it will back up
