I accidentally deleted all my folders that contained videos and photos, in the gallery. The trash option was not turned on for the gallery. I did not have google photos installed either. How can I recover them?

Interesting that you mention all of the things that would have saved you and yet here we are.
The odds are very low that you'll be able to recover much but you could try a PC program like Recuva. Recuva is pretty good but I've found similar offerings that recover more the problem is some of them cost and some you cannot try or you can try but cannot keep what you recover without buying. I would get Recuva and plug into a PC and give it try. I would rush out and spend any money without research into the program and careful consideration of the reviews of the product.

Welcome to Android Central! You deleted the folders from within the Gallery app? If you use My Files and look in the /DCIM/Camera directory, do you see any of the photos there?
