How to recovery “MEMO” file without android OS?

i haven't root my android yet, but i reset my phone with factory reset. it cant because i haven't root it and show "A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications". is all my data gone? because i need take all of my important memo on my phone. phone type : samsung galaxy 3v

The purpose of a factory reset is to wipe all your data, so if you needed your data you shouldn't have tried a factory reset. (Unrooted phones can still be reset.)

Is all your data gone now? Probably.
