How to reduce android system drain?

Any ideas what to do to improve this? My battery isn't the best and android system has over 4 hours cpu time and is second on the list. Any way to make this use less?

Put all apps you dont need notifications from to sleep and disable unnecessary bloatware

Yup, block background processes..
You can calm them down nicely.

BK Disabler and stock app battery optimization to keep enable but sleeping somw apps while I'm not using them
