How to reinstall a monthly security update...

For those of us who have had to reset their devices, how can you reinstall the latest monthly security update?

- I have a T-Mo N8 with a January update after a reset, not the latest, which I recall is February for T-Mo.
- The software update function says I am up-to-date - no offer to install the latest security update.
- Can the updates be downloaded by a pull rather than the T-Mo triggered monthyly OTA push?

If you can find the files online somewhere I would assume you could use Odin and flash them that way but I've never had much luck getting Odin to work for me.

Thought there was an update for Feb, but not March.

I believe the most recent update is supposed to be included in Oreo.

If you had the February update prior to resetting you would still have it. Factory reset does not downgrade the OS build or the security updates.
