Android Central Question

I had a slight problem with my Google play store so I went to settings-application manager and clicked on disable instead uninstall came up and I clicked on it.now it is no longer available on my device(Samsung Galaxy tab 3)

Except in this case, the Play Store app won't show in the Play Store. Actually, those directions can't be followed because the app that is needed is the one that was disabled.

For the OP. Go into Settings > Apps On that list are additional headers, one shows disabled apps. Select that list, select the disabled app and then re-enable it.

Well I think you have to Install Gapps Again You can download it fronm OpenGapps and Flash Gapps hope it will solve your problem

I'm not so sure the app was actually uninstalled. If the Play Store was installed, it was likely a system app and CAN'T be removed. One of the functions of disabling a preinstalled app is to uninstall any updates that have been installed for that app since the last system update.

I still say that the Play Store is in the disabled app section and can be re-enabled and updated (which will likely happen in the background).
