How to reinstall root toolkit now using windows 8?

I do really need help
I have GN (VERIZON) rooted with root toolkit installed original in my laptop running windows 7 I believe by mistake download the stock 4.0.4 and lose root then in top of that upgrade my windows software to 8 (windows 8) and now there is no way to make to work the root toolkit app I do want to be able to re root my phone any idea how to do it?
