How can I get rid of the Google Indic Keyboard message every time I start up my Galaxy S21?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the Settings>Apps menu, then turn on the option to show all system apps. Do you see a Google Indic Keyboard app there? If so, try uninstalling or disabling it.
