How to remove in-numerous plus icons from main screen of samsung mobile

hi friends ,

my samsung j7 prime has got many plus icon on main screen all of a sudden. they cover all screen and background . all icons behave like more settings icon and take to other applications. it is very irritating. please help to remove them . i tried reset settings but it could not fix it .
