How to remove Kids Zone app from my Tab 4?

Galaxy Tab 4 and Nougat 7

I have found numerous links that don't work as to how to remove this app from the tablet. No kids here and I don't need it or want it. I cna only disable it not remove it it seems.

The last link wanted me to use SAFE MODE to do the removing, but that didn't give me any options that I didn't have in the normal mode.

Went to samsung.com and got a live chat, this bloke suggested I email kidszone@samsung.com and cancel my subscription...Err? What subscription? He told me once the subscription is cancelled the app will go away... I know it sounds daft but that's what he told me!!

I am beginning to wonder if it's because the thing is hard coded and can't be removed?

If the app is part of the OS install then you can't remove it, subscription would have nothing to do with that. If you don't see an uninstall option then just ignore it.
