how to remove old phone name from google

Had an LG phone , now I have a new S4 Galaxy, I register again with Google and I try to download SKYPE, but when I try to download it gives me the previous phone name on "down load to" and its trying to download but nothing happens, How do I put the new phone in and cancel the old name from Google??

Click the settings tab here, has a list of devices it thinks you have. The check box is the option to display or not to display on those menus.
