I have encountered pop up ads for a while,they come embedded on apps I'm using and they disappear when I minimize the app, they appear even on lock screen as a web page.
I stopped pop up on Google chromes' settings but it was of no help,I also tried several anti virus programs,but non of them helped, I uninstalled some apps I suspected,but still didn't help.
I had such a problem before and I had to reinstall the system(Nougat),but I dare to do that because it's of too hassle.
Is there a solution for this problem? Thank you.
