How to remove "sent by samsung mobile" on samsung galaxy s 7

The Samsung Galaxy S 7 was purchased sim-free. When I received it I noticed that the phone had originally been destined for the Spanish Market because the user language was in Spanish when I switched it on for the first time. I set this to UK English and then transferred everything over from my older Samsung S 5 using the Smart Switch app. I'm very pleased with the S 7, except that I noticed it was adding "Enviado de Samsung Mobile" at the bottom of my emails. I have a Google Account and use G-mail. How do I remove the message?

Are you using the stock e-mail app or the GMail app? There should be a 'Signature' section for either, but that sounds more like the stock app.
