How to remove suggested search in another language in Google Application

Whenever I use the Google search on my device, my phone also suggests the search in Japanese. I would like to stop seeing this.

If you have Japanese installed on the phone, or if you're in Japan, that's how Google Search works. About the best you can do is click the "translate this page" link where there is one for a page that's in Japanese.
