How to remove the bar with phone and text app on home screens?

Want to reorganize my screen, but can only put apps in that section below the home icon. Want that bottom bar to be gone so the whole screen is customizable. It's the bar with the phone/texting apps

Stock Samsung launcher doesn't let you get rid of the dock at the bottom. You need a third party launcher to do that.

Yes just stock with Samsung. No the phone is really new I only have just started downloading apps. All settings are pretty basic

Are you trying to put the Google search bar at the bottom where the phone,message,camera icons were? If so you cant like the others mentioned you need a different launcher
I'm under the impression you cant move the Google search bar or delete it ?
