How to remove user created wireless access points?

Go to your WiFi settings:

Clock (bottom right) > Settings (sliders icon) > WiFi

Long press the name of the networks in the list that you want to delete and select "Forget network."

This is not working for me. Long pressing the name of the network brings up a box with only one option "Connect to Network." It doesn't scroll.

My tab is recognizing about thirty local networks that I do not have access to. Pain in the eye.

Help.

Thanks.

When it gives you the response, "Connect to Network", try again for the next access point. It did the same on my Galaxy II but seemed to like my second choice and i was able to remove them all.
