How to remove widget style circle from my screen?

Hi all, I've got a huawei p30 pro, the last 3 weeks I've had a random grey circle on my scree, you can drag it and move it around the screen like a widget but I don't know where its come from and I can't get rid of it, it's very annoying, can someone help?
