How to reset a Motorola moto e

I have a Motorola moto e through Boost Mobile. I tried to do a factory reset and once that was it won't allow me to get past the sign in screen and since it was bought at a yard sale I don't have their information. Can someone please tell me how to get past that screen?

Factory reset from recovery doesnt work... Any Other way trust dosnt involve a pc? Or here a way to run adb from another phone. I have my girlfrienda phone rooted and cm11 installed has adb over network option.
