I had to do a factory reset on my phone which caused the Gear S2 Classic not to communicate with the phone. So I did a hard reset on the watch and it connected. However, the reactivation lock was set initially buy the Samsung Rep at Best Buy. When I put in my Samsung account, I get an error that a different Samsung account was used to set the reactivation lock. The Samsung Rep at Best Buy says I need to figure out witch account was used initially as it had to be my account. Well, I have two Samsung accounts and neither of them work. Samsung tech support wouldn't help me telling me to go back to the store where I got it. The only thing I might be able to do at this point is try Samsung Warranty service and see if I can send it to them and have them reset it or replace it. I don't know if there is a way I can get around this by entering a factory command or do something else.
