How to resolve issue that notification bar touch is not working in nokia 6.1 plus?

[Android Central Question]

Recently I face issue that my notification bar of Nokia 6.1 plus is not working. Pull down and touch near to it is not working! Tried restarting and operated in safe mode can't resolved it. Also tried by removing sim and micro SD but still it's useless. I'm stuck.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the top of the screen respond to any touch at all? Install a touchscreen test app from the Play Store to check.
